Real Madrid’s Alvaro Morata Tops Milan Targets List
In the previous post, there was the latest news regarding next season’s potential picture of the Rossoneri midfield. Now, we are moving on to the forward area.
According to Sky Sport‘s detailed report on Milan, Alvaro Morata is the main target for the attack. Contacts have already been made, but it would be difficult to lure Morata if Milan fail to qualify for any of the two European cups.
In addition, Spanish Diario Gol reports that he has told Real Madrid he wants to leave in the summer. The Spaniard has grown tired of playing second fiddle to the likes of Karim Benzema, Cristiano Ronaldo and Gareth Bale. However, the Rossoneri would face a serious competition from Chelsea, as the their coach Conte is keen on reuniting with Morata, this time at the Stamford Bridge.
The second target is a well-known name, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang who is considered the right profile for next season’s attack. On Wednesday, director Mirabelli and coach Montella attended the Monaco-Borussia Dortmund match to observe Aubameyang up-close. Followed by suitors such as Barcelona and Real Madrid, the 27-year-old ace would reportedly also consider an Italy proposal.
The third option is Lyon’s beast Alexandre Lacazette, but he seems to be Atletico Madrid bound as they lead the race to his signature. Fiorentina’s Nikola Kalinic is the one who closes the list of a potential striker’s addition for next season.
