OFFICIAL: Fabio Borini Completes Milan Loan Deal
Milan welcome Borini as their fifth signing this summer.
Sunderland striker Fabio Borini has joined Milan, the Serie A club have announced. The Italian giants have signed Borini on a year-long loan that includes an obligation to purchase him on a permanent deal.
“Milan announce the signing of Fabio Borini from Sunderland. The contract implies the player will join the club on loan with obligation to buy”, said the official statement.
The Italian striker, who has one senior cap to his name, began his career at Bologna before moving on to Chelsea and Liverpool, among others, without holding down a regular place at either Premier League side.

He has figured more consistently for Sunderland and made 24 appearances last season, scoring twice and registering two assists.
The 26-year-old is the fifth signing made by Milan in a busy summer. The Rossoneri have already added Mateo Musacchio, Ricardo Rodriguez, Andre Silva and Franck Kessie to their squad for the 2016-17 season.
