Fenerbahce Defender Simon Kjaer In Milan Talks
Danish international Simon Kjaer has flown to Italy to reportedly hold a meeting with Milan under the new Chinese ownership.
According to Turkish Sports newspaper Fanatik, the 28-year-old Fenerbahce defender has gone out to Milan to hold talks with the Milanese giant, after being given a permission from his current club. Kjaer has met with the Rossoneri officials to discuss his future salary.
After already securing Mateo Musacchio’s signature for next season, Milan have decided to look elsewhere for another possible signing and it seems that Kjaer could be the next one on the move to the San Siro. In addition, reports in Italy claim that neither one of current defensive line-up consisting of Paletta, Gomez and Zapata is certain to remain and each of them could face the exit doors at the end of the season.
Simon Kjaer, who has a pretty colorful career in Europe, has already had some Serie A experience, featuring for Palermo and then again for Roma couple of years later.
